Welcome to Umbrella House Day Nursery

Umbrella House is a happy homely family-based setting. We provide care and exciting learning experiences at our setting in Catford. 

Our focus is on helping each child to develop a positive self-image by building on the strengths of each child and making them understand that each child is unique and special.

At Umbrella House, we nurture that uniqueness in a stimulating, safe and secure learning environment; encouraging children to respect and value themselves and others, celebrating their achievements and cultural heritage in order to develop their uniqueness and to reach their full potential.

We have a team of experienced and qualified early years practitioners who work closely with parents to ensure each child’s transition into the setting is as worry-free as possible for both the child and their family. This close involvement with parents is a factor which is continued throughout the child’s time with us.
