“We are a friendly and enthusiastic staff team, enjoying what we
do. We are truly dedicated, caring and devoted to developing each
child’s potential”.

Our qualified and experienced staff team provide fun, loving & safe learning experiences which support the children in developing into confident, independent and happy learners.

We select and appoint our staff not only for their qualifications and experiences but their passion in working with children. Umbrella House creates an environment and reputation with which staff are proud to be associated, supporting staff from the moment they join us. We ensure that they have regular supervision & appraisal, attending internal and external training, to enable them progress in their employment with us.

Madeline Mark- BA (Hons) Education studies

Nursery Manager

I am passionate about my role, caring and teaching the young children in our care to learn and watch them grow. I have over 10 years of working in the early years and gained a lot of experience working with this age group.

My roles include building strong partnership with parents and supporting my team. I understand that children learn best when they feel safe and secure. This is important to me, so I ensure that this practice is embedded in all aspects.

Arzu Subasi - BA (Hons) Education studies

                                                                                             Deputy Manager

Our parents always feel reassured and confident that their children are receiving the best care.  I enjoy working in partnership with the parents, going the extra mile to meeting the needs of each individual child.  We are very proud of our nursery and believe that everything we do provides each child an enjoyable and  fulfilling experience in the most formative years of their lives but most of all they get to do it by simply having fun!

Umbrella House is a nursery that far exceeds all those around it.
